Concept

We will take your concept and turn it into an Event. Our experienced team will work with you on developing an idea into a 3 dimensional event. This process will take into account all of the factors needed to produce a successful and profitable event.

Marketing

Our record for successful events demonstrates how we can produce a mix of both traditional and digital marketing tailored to an Industry. Our wide experience across all marketing platforms allows us to tailor an Event Marketing Plan to any event either Trade or Public.

Budgeting

Our extensive knowledge of budgeting all sizes of events means we can quickly look at the viability of a concept by mapping out both potential costs and revenue for an event. We monitor these throughout the project so there are no surprises before or after the event.

Operations

With over 30 years in Operations experience for each of the Senior Management team, we have the knowledge to put together any event taking into account the different issues that arise with venues and contractors.

CREDIT CONTROL

We recognise that any business needs to have their cash flow in good working order so we pride ourselves on the quality of our Credit Control where we would have all stand revenues collected for all our events in advance of the Event.
